Doesnt work. Ever.

I have to use VoiceThread for my classes at school, but this app never works. Ive had great success with VoiceThread on my computer and was very much looking forward to using the app. But after trying it one hundred times, it still wont work. My husband cant make it work either. I click on the video to play and it skips the entire video and plays the written comments. Only. Thats all it will ever show! Written comments.
Id really like to use it, so if VoiceThread could actually make it work, I would be so appreciative!
